Papaya- Peeled and Diced 500 grams
Red Onion- Cut Brunoise 100 grams
Ginger- Finely Chopped 15 grams
Coriander- Finely Chopped 25 grams
Vegetable Oil 25 ml
Olive Oil 100 ml
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Sauté the prepared red onions in the vegetable oil; carefully mix all ingredients together, ensuring not to squash the papaya.
