Fetta Cheese 1000 grams
Olive Oil 400 ml
Rosemary 50 grams
Salt- To taste
Pepper- To taste
Cut the fetta cheese into 1cm cubes, Place in a bowl with the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Carefully mix, ensuring that the fetta does not break up in the process.
Place in a plastic sealable container and keep under refrigeration. Allow to marinate for 12 hours prior to use.
