was up one from last week. Will plan packing veggies for snacks and fruit. I keep forgeting to plan and keep healthy snacks available so ended up buying cup of soup with over 300cals and buritto that was high in cal uugh..its okay to eat those but calories from veggies are less and other healthier snack choices. Just failed to pack them so this next week I plan on carrying those snacks.
