I quit smoking for three years back in 2007....I started again a little over 2 years ago. Just wondering when and how I am going to get the mindset to quit again.

I can totally relate. I believe that it is easier than the initial quit, because you've "been there" and know that you will be just fine as a non-smoker (eventually). Hang in there...1 step at a time. You CAN!

Maybe that's a good place to take that first step, then keep putting one foot in front of the other.

If you're wondering and thinking about quitting again then you should just do it.
It's hard getting the mind back into the quitting zone so I say get yourself determined and get ready to kick butt. You've been there and done that so you know what to expect.
Welcome back.....it's good to see you.

It just tells me negative garbage for the most part. I had to pray for the willingness to quit, the willingness to accept craving, crazy thoughts and horrible emotions for however long it took, & take what support was offered here which was Fantastic. The best to you on your journey Trish.
