And I am smokefree! I remember being barely a day old... It was sooo hard. But now after more than 600 days, it has gotten soooo much better... Hang in there, one day at a time!

great of you to quit NOW!! And over 600 days quit? Awesome!!! Don't ever go back and never fool yourself into thinking there is such a thing as one puff...................there's not and you're no special case. It will send you right back to slavery.

Proud? Yes. But more importantly, grateful! I know you know what I mean. And Sam is very happy; but he's still bugging me to exercise more. Guess he wants to keep me around longer...can't fault that!
