Never quit quitting...you can do it if you make the decision to do it and keep that at the front of your head at all times. One day at a time.

That's the spirit - never give up! I would dare to guess that most of us have quit a kazillion times before it stuck I think I have about 2.5 million practise quits behind me lol

I'm just closing into a month now and feeling quit human again, in fact feeling waaaaaaay better than I did when I smoked. My energy levels have increased, I feel very positive about myself and my quit, I'm taking better care of myself in all areas of my life.

First few weeks were not so pretty Felt pathetic, thought my brain cells were lost for good , so tired and slept every chance I could! Tons of cravings and "nosmoking possessed" Still having thoughts of course but more thoughts than that brutal I might die if I dont smoke thing

You CAN do this. We all can I made a commitment to myself that no matter what smoking will not be an option. Pretty well everything else will be, well within legal limits lol

Look forward to quitting with you!!

Sometimes, when we quit, we find out that one of the reasons we smoked was because we were constantly allowing our boundaries to be over-run. Which didn't feel good. Anesthesia, here I come...
