Last quit only lasted 3 weeks and been smoking since. Feel like death. Coughing up goop every morning. Very pretty.

Sometimes, when we quit, we find out that one of the reasons we smoked was because we were constantly allowing our boundaries to be over-run. Which didn't feel good. Anesthesia, here I come...

just cruising through and saw your post

Qutting is the worst
Quitting sucks
Quitting is pain
Quitting is anxiety
Quitting is restlessness
Quitting is a constant battle.
I can tell you a lot of bad things about quitting
but Dawna - quitting means life.

I want you to live the life you were born to live - a life of freedom and a life of health - and yes if you quit, even wealth.

Print out your post
stick it in your bag, or your pocket and read it every time you want to smoke, just to remember how desperate you really are.

Make this quit a really simple quit
Just don't smoke.
Don't reason
Don't question
Don't bargain

just don't smoke

Sending you hugs and want you to know that I want you to quit - I don't want to see you go through this over and over again
I want you to quit

you want to quit

the whole of BV wants you to quit.

lots of love from this Aussie - take hold of the love and whatever happens, and life will happen

Just don't smoke.

Cheers Annaree from Oz

I am a Quitter who will never give up Quitting on this Quit

Quitting replaces the tar and smoke to make room for a life of light and hope.
Smoking was no friend of mine. A friend would never hurt me like smoking did.
Addicted to Quitting
Your worst day quitting is better than your best day smoking.
Quitting is much more than not having another puff

Well you could send me to a desert island where nobody smokes, there is a beautiful spa and a massage therapist named Sven. Ya, that would be nice.
