ANSWER.....Staying quit.

Plow on through the roadblocks and don't look back.
The only way to get to the other side is keep moving forward.
Don't think twice......just do it.
I know you can. You can do anything you want.

This week I have hardly thought of smoking, I started a different position at work. It had been a very busy and a little overwhelming week and yesterday the thought hit me like a brick that I have not thought about smoking too much....well that was all it took to open the floodgates of my mind. I went to a bbq last night and there was smoking going on. I wanted one soooooooo bad. I had dreams about it last night again(it had been a long time since a dream about smoking)I woke up this morning and want a cigarette soooooooo bad. So much for the week of not thinking about smoking too much, it sure hit hard now. I am fighting it.

Hi!

I am also want to quit smoking but afraid of it. I wanted to switch to ecigarettes or nicotine gum but found what it not take away you nicotine addiction and just little bit dangerous than tobacco smoking,http://www.asmoking.com/40-smoking-addi ... esort.html
here written what people can become nicotine gum addict and author already know somebody.

so looks like nicotine replacement not option.

I thinking to use cold turkey method, but is here real stories who quit smoking using this way? side effects, is here any cravings or not, and when i will forget about cigarette completely.

So yes, quitting smoking is my real fear, but looks i need to do it due to my health conditions.
