Hi Blair,

I am sure you know as well as I do that this forum is nothing like it once was. At one time it was alive and vibrant - now there are just a few old fossils like myself coming here.

Regarding those 3 links you referenced, tucking them away in obscure places is not going to attract newcomers. Marsha and i didn't find them ane we were actually looking.

The commercial ads may make money, but it is the peer support that saves lives.

I don't mean to suggest how you should manage your sites. They are your sites and you can run them any way you wish.

I accept that, but it doesn't mean I endorse or like it.

when I took my computer in to be cleaned out.
One by one I got them back including BV, BUT, I had to dig deep to find the link to the forum bulletin board.
If I was a newbie looking for the first time for support, I doubt if I would have dug that deep.
As frustrated as a newbie is, this would have made me more frustrated.
I wanted instant results back then and I got it right away. Thank God I found BV....it saved me.
This is the best quit smoking forum I found with the right mix of genuinty all around. This place is the real deal with the most wonderful people in the world.
The link to this forum needs to be out front where it's visible. A frustrated quitter doesn't need anymore stress when looking for help.
This is my two cents worth.....it may not mean much, but BV is priceless. I hope I made sense.

is there any way you could make them more prominent? I'd like to see this miracle of a place become one again where thousands of posts are made and one of the best quit smoking support boards on the internet. I think people are having a really hard time finding us amongst all the print. Thanks for your consideration and for all you have done for so many here Blair. I just want to keep helping.
