I dont know what would be considered a high dose but I took 200mg/day for about 6 months w/ absolutely no side effects.

but coincidentally, after taking CoQ10 my AFC has actually gone down...and there's been zero improvement in egg quality.

if taken in high doses.
And had no bad side effects. The good side effect was greatly increased egg and embryo quality!

Once I tried to take 100mg, My gums felt so bruised and tender and stopped after I stopped. But it did bring my fsh down. But my AFc may be down too

my fsh has gone down too. in 7 to 8 range. But quality...def. still bad. Terrible embies.

The lowered AFC is of greater concern for me. I stopped taking the CoQ10 about a week ago, after about 5 months or so of taking it. Let's see if any improvements in AFC.
