Flaw Features - Flaw Features are General Features available to all trainers. These Features all represent your character being BAD at something, rather than good - but sometimes being bad at something brings unexpected boons, it seems. Note that if you take one of these Features, you can never raise the associated Skill above Pathetic through any means.

Accident Prone
Prerequisites: Pathetic Acrobatics
Static
Effect: You gain the Pickup Ability due to accidentally tripping over things all the time. In addition, whenever you roll less than half the DC on a Skill Check on a Body-linked Skill Check, or roll a natural 1 on an Accuracy Check, you become Tripped.

Overweight
Prerequisites: Pathetic Athletics, Weight Class 5
Static
Effect: You gain the Lunchbox Ability. However, you cannot take Sprint Actions.

Harmless
Prerequisites: Pathetic Combat
Static
Effect: You gain the Gentle Vibe Ability. However, you take a -2 Penalty to all Accuracy Rolls and a -5 penalty to all Damage Rolls.

Coward
Prerequisites: Pathetic Intimidate
At-Will - Full Action, Priority
Effect: You may shift, moving away from foes, and then cower in fear, preferably behind something solid. As long as there are other targets for your foes attack in the encounter, enemies will ignore you, going after less pathetic targets first. However, you always take a penalty to all rolls equal to the number of Injuries you have.

Unsubtle
Prerequisites: Pathetic Stealth
Static
Effect: You have a spectacular inability to make an entry that isn't followed by confetti and theme music. You and anyone you are with always fail Stealth checks to get the jump on enemies (so sneak attacks are impossible, and you draw attention to yourself in crowds for good or ill. However, you gain the Celebrate Ability.

Frail
Prerequisites: Pathetic Survival
Static
Effect: You are sickly and in poor health and had to be kept indoors in your childhood. You always have 2 Injuries that can never be removed by any means. However your forced bed rest awarded you with an opportunity to read and study; you gain 3 Skill Edges for which you qualify, each of which must be spent on a different Education Skill. Cannot be taken with the "Unlettered" Flaw.

Unlettered
Prerequisites: Pathetic General Education
Static
Effect: You cannot read or write more than a few words at most, and even those seem to become easily forgotten. You take a -2 Penalty to all Education Skill Checks. However, all that time you spent not studying helped you develop your other interests; you gain any three Body-Attribute-associated Skill Edges for which you qualify. Cannot be taken with the "Frail" Flaw.

Honest Faced
Prerequisites: Pathetic Guile
Static
Effect: You gain a -3 penalty to all skill checks made to intentionally deceive, conceal, or confuse, and you tend to be terrible even at lies of omission or half-truths. You gain a +2 Bonus to all Charm or Command Checks you make with honest intentions, however, and people tend to believe you if you're telling the truth if you really are, even if the truth seems implausible (well, or at least they believe you THINK you're telling the truth).

Insomniac
Prerequisites: Pathetic Perception
Static
Effect: You like to stay up all night with your books or on the computer. This has made you somewhat knowledgeable, but has also ruined your sleep schedule. You gain the Insomniac Ability and a +1 Bonus to all Education Checks. However, you can only benefit from 4 hours of Resting each day.

Annoying
[Orders]
Prerequisites: Pathetic Charm
At-Will - Standard Action
Target: Pokemon or Trainer
Effect: You harrass or annoy a nearby Pokemon or Trainer. Make a Status Attack roll with an AC of 2; if you hit, the target's Accuracy and Evasion are each lowered by -1 until the end of your next turn. This does not affect Pokemon or Trainers with the Oblivious Ability. Additionally, your abrasive personality is so apparent that people tend not to have very good first impressions of you, and or second impressions for that matter. Also note that using this Feature during Combat is a good way to bring down the wrath of your foes upon you, if you're a valid target! Cannot be taken with the "Wallflower" Flaw.

Wallflower
Prerequisites: Pathetic Command, no [Orders] Features
Static
Effect: You're easy to talk over, and people tend to overlook you in social situation. You take a -1 penalty to all Intimidate, Charm, Guile, and Command Checks, and you cannot give [Orders]. In Combat, your foes tend to prioritize other targets over you, unless you've attacked them that encounter, or you have a significant personal rivalry, grudge, or similar with that foe. Cannot be taken with the "Annoying" Flaw.

Hyperactive
Prerequisites: Pathetic Focus
Static
Effect: Increase your Speed Stat by +5. You take a -2 penalty to any Skill check made as an Extended Action. To successfully complete any extended action that requires concentration and grants a mechanical benefit, such as Training Pokemon or Crafting items, you must drain 1 AP.

Distracted
Prerequisites: Pathetic Intuition
Static
Effect: You gain the Oblivious Ability. You take a -4 penalty to Initiative, and others again a -4 penalty when using any social skill to communicate with you anything that's less than a direct statement. (for example, even heavy flirting is likely to go over your head, or a companion's hints to keep quiet might go unnoticed - but "let's make out" or "shut up!" are direct enough to not be affected by this Flaw).

Now, Meet the Slacker!

Some people just aren't that great. Actually, they're pretty terrible at a lot of things. Nevertheless, they can be great friends and surprisingly useful allies, at times! You know, those few times when they're not being a burden.

This class focuses on Flaw Features, and being pretty Pathetic all around. Hey, not everyone's cut out to be a superstar - and that's okay. Mostly. Maybe it's best not to have this guy in the party, actually.

---- General Feature ----
Diamond In The Rough
Prerequisites: Must be taken at Character Creation
Static
Effect: When you gain this Feature, you may choose to set any number of skills at Untrained Rank to Pathetic Rank Instead. You must Rank down enough Skills to qualify for at least 2 Flaw Features. You then gain two Flaw Features for which you qualify.

---- Slacker Class Features ----
Slacker
[Class]
Prerequisites: Diamond In The Rough, No Attribute lower than Poor
Static
Effect: When you gain this Feature, lower each of your Attributes by one Rank*. However, you gain +1 max AP. When you have 3 Slacker Features, you gain +2 max AP instead. When you have 5 Slacker Features, you gain +3 max AP instead. When you have 7 Slacker Features, you gain +4 max AP instead.

Special: If one of Attributes is already at Terrible before you apply this Feature, instead lower your highest Attribute two steps.

Laziness
Prerequisites: Slacker
Static
Effect: You learn the Moves Amnesia and Slack Off.

Surprising Skill
Prerequisites: Slacker
Scene - Free Action
Trigger: You make a Skill Check with a Skill at Pathetic Rank
Effect: Add +3d6 to the roll. However, if you succeed, if you rolled any 1s in your skill check, something still goes wrong somehow; some minor disaster occurs, to your GM's discretion.

Luck of the Indolent
Prerequisites: Slacker
1 AP - Free Action
Trigger: You or your Pokemon with Truant makes an Accuracy Roll or Save Check
Effect: Add +1d6 to the Roll. However, if you have a natural roll of 5 or lower on a roll modified by this Feature, the user that triggered this effect Trips after their action is resolved, and cannot trigger Luck of the Indolent for the rest of the Scene.

Note: The roll triggered by Truant counts as a Save Check.

Pokemon "Trainer", Heavy Quotes
Prerequisites: Slacker
At-Will - Extended Action
Target: Your Pokemon with 2 Tutor Points
Effect: Your Pokemon loses 2 Tutor Points, and either takes after you becoming a Slacker, or overcompensates for your uselessness and becomes a Tryhard. You may assign Tryhard to only 2 Pokemon at a time. If you wish to make a new Pokemon a Tryhard, one of your previous Tryhard Pokemon finally comes around to living the easy life and becomes a Slacker. This Feature may only target a Pokemon once.

- Slackers: Pokemon that becomes Slackers gain the Truant Ability and another Ability chosen by you from the list below, along with the associated downsides of that Ability. If your Pokemon is Trained for half an hour or more, you may choose to have them lose all Abilities gained through this Feature - but not the downsides of chosen Abilities - until the end of your next extended rest. When commanding your Pokemon with the Truant Ability, you may intentionally "fail" Truant's Save Check if you wish.
Slacker Abilities
AbilityDownside[/td]
Lunchbox-1 to all Movement Capabilities
Oblivious-4 to Initiative
Deep Sleep-1 to Save Checks
Gentle Vibe-1 Damage Base to Moves.
Own TempoCannot Intercept.
- Tryhards: Pokemon that become Tryhards gain an Ability chosen from its Species List that is available to it, and gain a +1 bonus to all Skill Checks.

Nah
Prerequisites: Pokemon "Trainer" and 3 other Slacker Features
2 AP - Free Action
Trigger: Special
Effect: This Feature may be triggered whenever your active Pokemon with Truant fails to take an action due to Truant, Confusion, Flinch, or Paralysis; if so, instead of healing due to Truant, your Pokemon may take a Standard Action to use either Slack Off or Rest as if that Move was in their Move List.
This Feature may also be Triggered whenever your Tryhard Pokemon would be hit by an attack that would lower it to 0 HP or less; if so, your Tryhard Pokemon uses Protect or Endure as if it was in their Movelist. This Feature may be triggered only once per day per Pokemon.

Note: "As if that Move was in their Move List" means this effect also shares Frequency with those Moves if they really ARE in your Move List! This Feature thus does not allow you to exceed the usual Frequency of the Move. Moves used this way still consume a Command Action as normal.

Slack Motivations
Prerequisites: Pokemon "Trainer"
Daily x3 - Special
Target: Your Pokemon
Choose One Effect: If your Pokemon with Truant fails their Save Check on Truant, you may activate this Feature as a Free Action to cause your Pokemon to be able to take a Standard Action (and they still Heal as if they had failed Truant); or as a Swift Action, you may call to your Tryhard Pokemon, causing them to gain +1 Combat Stage in the Stat of your choice. This Feature may be triggered only once per Scene per Target.

I love that Annoying is an Orders. Solid work.

For Wallflower, you may want to add a tag that says you attacking an enemy breaks the effect. Honest Face also mentions the "Bland" Flaw, which doesn't seem to exist.

I would hazard a guess at Coward. You never notice a Wallflower but a Coward leaves their guard wide open ;)
