"Well," He panted out, looking up at Kerria. "That was something." Kerria chuckled a bit, nodding her head as little water droplets dripped down her face and back.
"Hello! Welcome to the Pokemon Center!" Called a kind voice, Both Kerria and Jigme looked up to see a woman with light blonde hair smiling and waving at them. She had on a little pink Nurses uniform, her hair was put into 2 little grumpigtails and she stood with her hands crossed in front of her. Her hat had a simple green cross on top and she smiled at the duo.
"Oh, hello!" Kerria called with a smile.
"I'm assuming you're both pokemon trainers, right?" The Nurse spoke, beckoning them forward. "Well, I'm sure your pokemon need to be healed don't they?" Jigme and Kerria looked at each other than back to the woman.
"Well er..." Jigme started. "She's a Pokemon Trainer, I'm still waiting on my license." The Nurse shrugged her shoulders, seeming to not care.
"That's all fine and dandy, but you still have a pokeball and a pokemon that needs a good rest. Come on, bring them up." She said, moving her hands in a beckoning motion. Kerria and Jigme got up, striding over to the woman and taking out their pokeballs. Kerria set the pokeballs of Prince and Yuriko on the counter, Yurikos now covered in little flower stickers, while Jigme set down his pokeball for Kaoru which seemed rather plain looking compared to Kerrias. The nurse took the pokeballs, setting them in the tray that started to glow.
"This may take a little while, so go get all freshened up. I suggest a clean pair of clothes that isn't completely soaked." She said with a smile. "My name is Nurse Baker, but you can call me Josey if you wish. If you don't have any clean clothes with you there is a department store where you can buy pretty much anything right next door. We even put in a little doorway that leads there as a special promotion for them." Kerria remembered seeing the large brick building, it was lit up like a christmas tree and had been playing different hit songs from that year. It could still be heard in the background really.
"Thank you very much, ma'am." Jigme said, snapping Kerria out of her thoughts.
"It's no trouble!" Josey smiled, turning away to get the machine working right. Jigme turned to Kerria who was looking at him with a bit of a spaced out expression.
"Come on, we should get to a shower. I'm sure neither of us smell the greatest and well..." Jigme stopped and wiped a bit of the running black mascara off his friends cheek. "You should probably fix your make up. A lot." Kerria touched her face, realizing that her eyeliner and mascara were practically dripping off her cheeks. God, she wondered how people hadn't been staring! Jigme chuckled, smiling at her and taking her wrist. "Come on, showers this way." Kerria nodded, following Jigme towards the room marked as unisex. She knew it was the only place Jigme felt comfortable in and didn't mind using it with him. Being friends for 10 years would do that to you.
Jigme opened the door casually and smiled, thank Arceus it was empty. Jigme went over to a small locker, putting his stuff away as Kerria set the bag she had been dragging around since she left Cascadia down next to the bench. It too was soaked, so it was more than likely some of the things in there were also soaked. She was just happy she had splurged on that water resistant laptop case. It even came with pockets for her other gadgets!
Jigme sighed, causing Kerria to look over. He had taken off his binder, which was probably very uncomfortable, and let his breasts hang a bit.
"OK, as much as I love this Binder, it is so uncomfortable Ker." Jigme said, looking at her over his shoulder with a smile.
"Hey, you decided on the bottom surgery first. Not me." Kerria giggled, taking off her own clothing.
"Oi, I can complain if I want." Jigme replied with a chuckle. After both were undressed they stepped into the warm water with a sigh of relief. Their muscles relaxed as they washed their hair and as they were ready to step out of the shower Kerria realized something. That something being she forgot her towel.
"Hey Jig, toss me my towel please?" Kerria asked, peeking over the top of the door. Jigme nodded, putting his yellow towel around his shoulders and tossing Kerrias towel to her. Kerri lifted a little hand and caught it, wrapping it around herself as she stepped out of the shower. Jigme stretched a little, drying his hair messily along with the rest of his body. He groaned as he lifted up one breast to dry under it.
"As soon as I get the money, these things are gone. How can you stand to have them?" Jigme asked, looking towards Kerria who gave a simple shrug.
"I like having them sometimes." Kerria mumbled, drying herself off as well.
"Sometimes?" Jigme questioned, not looking back at her as he didn't wish to be rude.
"Yeah...I mean...god how do I explain it..." Kerria mumbled, trying to find the right words.
"You don't feel female?" Jigme questioned, mildly confused. Not because he didn't understand, he just never knew this about his best friend. it was odd as he knew practically everything down to her favorite part of a piece of meat. Which was dark meat by the way.
"Yeah...but I don't feel male either." Kerria said, putting her clothes back on. "I mean, I like girly things but I don't feel like a girl you know?" Jigme nodded, looking back at her once he was sure she was clothed.
"You're talking to a transboy. Trust me, I know." Jigme said, putting his binder back on and slipping a loose t-shirt over his head. "Wanna hit up that department store?"
"Yeah, sounds like a good plan." Kerria responded with a smile., putting the towels and clothes in a dryer in the corner. "That'll probably take a good half an hour to dry, so we have time." Jigme nodded, opening the door.
"Cuties first." Jigme said, Kerria smiled and exited the bathroom. Gender is such a strange thing, even if she didn't fully know hers herself. Maybe there was a term for it or maybe not. She didn't really know. But whatever, time to shop for cute things!
