I want to start by thanking you all for taking some time in getting to know me and giving me a home!

So it all starts with a bottle of scotch!

Always my favorite

Next thing I know, I wake up and realize I'm not in Cleveland anymore

I wonder who's boat I stole!??? I wonder where I am!?????

It's a desert island!!!!

At least I have some cool stuff with me

I have:

2 watches-
PAM177 which started my insanity!

and PAM372, which is the watch that will be given to my son (if I am fortunate enough to have one), or be buried with me.

2 songs-
Bob Marley's "War". This song will help me to remember that many have it harder than me, how much I love people, how sick the world is, and how lucky I am to be on this island.

Until the philosophy which hold one race superior
And another
Inferior
Is finally
And permanently
Discredited
And abandoned -
Everywhere is war -
Me say war.
That until there no longer
First class and second class citizens of any nation
Until the colour of a man's skin
Is of no more significance than the colour of his eyes -
Me say war.
That until the basic human rights
Are equally guaranteed to all,
Without regard to race -
Dis a war.
That until that day
The dream of lasting peace,
World citizenship
Rule of international morality
Will remain in but a fleeting illusion to be pursued,
But never attained -
Now everywhere is war - war.
And until the ignoble and unhappy regimes
that hold our brothers in Angola,
In Mozambique,
South Africa
Sub-human bondage
Have been toppled,
Utterly destroyed -
Well, everywhere is war -
Me say war.
War in the east,
War in the west,
War up north,
War down south -
War - war -
Rumours of war.
And until that day,
The African continent
Will not know peace,
We Africans will fight - we find it necessary -
And we know we shall win
As we are confident
In the victory
Of good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!
Good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!
Good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!

& George Straight's "It Just Comes Natural". I know, I know! I just love this flippin' song.

Sun shines, Clouds rain
Train Whistles blow and Guitars Play
Preachers Preach, Farmers Plow
Wishes go up and the World goes round

And I love you, It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
Seasons Change, Rivers Wind
Tumble Weeds roll and the Stars shine
Wind Howls, dawn breaks
Cowboys riding' time slips away

And I love you, It just comes Natural
It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it through
Baby, it's so easy loving you
It just comes Natural

It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it Through
Baby it's so easy loving you

Fire burns, Waves Crash
Seeds grow and good things last
Ships sail, Dreams fly
Night falls and Full moons rise

And I love you, It just comes Natural
And I love you, It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural

But settled on this one. I was Homecoming King of my high school with 1 1/2 foot long dreadlocks. At this point in my life, I was a strict vegan vegetarian, went to school, came home, spent one hour reading, one hour lifting, one hour studying Tai Chi, one hour meditating, thanked God and The Universe for my life, went to bed, and did it again. This pic will remind me of how a simple, spiritually centered, quiet life is nothing to fear, but to be embraced.

1 memory-
On January 4th, 2000 I walked into a seemingly normal day at work, but had this horrible feeling. I called my mother and asked how my grandpa was doing. She said, "Not that you care, but he's fine." This was an absolutely out of character response from my hippie mother. I asked what the heck she was talking about, to which she responded, "He has had cancer for over a year and you haven't seen him once!" I couldn't believe time had gotten away from me like that. What the heck was wrong with me? Was I THAT focused on work? I immediately responded with, "I'm leaving work now!" My mom said that they had gone to see him the day before and he was doing better than ever. As much as she tried, I wasn't convinced. I asked her to call me the second she heard anything bad.

The day went by; phone calls came and went; some I answered, some I didn't. 8:15 rolls around and I am in the middle of trying to make a car deal (I'm a car salesman), when I get paged for a phone call. I looked the customer in the face and said, "This is an extremely important call, please excuse me." I answered the phone, my mom said it was her and she was at the hospital. I said, "I'm on my way!" She said not to and that Gramps was doing so, so well and she didn't want me to worry. I said she was wrong, told my boss and my customer that my grandfather was dying and I had to leave, and I left.

I left work in the middle of a snow storm in my sports car, drove insanely fast, made a 60 minute drive in 30. I ran into the hospital and There is my mother waiting for me. She shows me the way to the room. I asked her if he died yet and she said no, but when she had come back into the room after we'd gotten off the phone, he had changed 100%. How does someone go from seemingly fine to about to die in 10 minutes!? "Stephen" she says, "He keeps calling everyone Stephen!"

I rushed into his room and made the B-line to his bed. He grabbed my hand and said, "There you are, Stephen." I held his hand for five minutes.........and he faded off.

He was a hard working, intelligent, strong, but gentle man. We had a connection beyond reason and science.

1 meal-
I have been a vegetarian since I was 15.

I would have the biggest and juiciest hamburger on earth!!!

I want to start by thanking you all for taking some time in getting to know me and giving me a home!

So it all starts with a bottle of scotch!

Always my favorite

Next thing I know, I wake up and realize I'm not in Cleveland anymore

I wonder who's boat I stole!??? I wonder where I am!?????

It's a desert island!!!!

At least I have some cool stuff with me

I have:

2 watches-
PAM177 which started my insanity!

and PAM372, which is the watch that will be given to my son (if I am fortunate enough to have one), or be buried with me.

2 songs-
Bob Marley's "War". This song will help me to remember that many have it harder than me, how much I love people, how sick the world is, and how lucky I am to be on this island.

Until the philosophy which hold one race superior
And another
Inferior
Is finally
And permanently
Discredited
And abandoned -
Everywhere is war -
Me say war.
That until there no longer
First class and second class citizens of any nation
Until the colour of a man's skin
Is of no more significance than the colour of his eyes -
Me say war.
That until the basic human rights
Are equally guaranteed to all,
Without regard to race -
Dis a war.
That until that day
The dream of lasting peace,
World citizenship
Rule of international morality
Will remain in but a fleeting illusion to be pursued,
But never attained -
Now everywhere is war - war.
And until the ignoble and unhappy regimes
that hold our brothers in Angola,
In Mozambique,
South Africa
Sub-human bondage
Have been toppled,
Utterly destroyed -
Well, everywhere is war -
Me say war.
War in the east,
War in the west,
War up north,
War down south -
War - war -
Rumours of war.
And until that day,
The African continent
Will not know peace,
We Africans will fight - we find it necessary -
And we know we shall win
As we are confident
In the victory
Of good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!
Good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!
Good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!

& George Straight's "It Just Comes Natural". I know, I know! I just love this flippin' song.

Sun shines, Clouds rain
Train Whistles blow and Guitars Play
Preachers Preach, Farmers Plow
Wishes go up and the World goes round

And I love you, It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
Seasons Change, Rivers Wind
Tumble Weeds roll and the Stars shine
Wind Howls, dawn breaks
Cowboys riding' time slips away

And I love you, It just comes Natural
It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it through
Baby, it's so easy loving you
It just comes Natural

It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it Through
Baby it's so easy loving you

Fire burns, Waves Crash
Seeds grow and good things last
Ships sail, Dreams fly
Night falls and Full moons rise

And I love you, It just comes Natural
And I love you, It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural

On January 4th, 2000 I walked into a seemingly normal day at work, but had this horrible feeling. I called my mother and asked how my grandpa was doing. She said, "Not that you care, but he's fine." What the heck was wrong with me? Was I THAT focused on work? I immediately responded with, "I'm leaving work now!" This pic will remind me of how a simple, spiritually centered, quiet life is nothing to fear, but to be embraced.

1 memory-
On January 4th, 2000 I walked into a seemingly normal day at work, but had this horrible feeling.

I want to start by thanking you all for taking some time in getting to know me and giving me a home!

So it all starts with a bottle of scotch!

Always my favorite

Next thing I know, I wake up and realize I'm not in Cleveland anymore

I wonder who's boat I stole!??? I wonder where I am!?????

It's a desert island!!!!

At least I have some cool stuff with me

I have:

2 watches-
PAM177 which started my insanity!

and PAM372, which is the watch that will be given to my son (if I am fortunate enough to have one), or be buried with me.

2 songs-
Bob Marley's "War". This song will help me to remember that many have it harder than me, how much I love people, how sick the world is, and how lucky I am to be on this island.

Until the philosophy which hold one race superior
And another
Inferior
Is finally
And permanently
Discredited
And abandoned -
Everywhere is war -
Me say war.
That until there no longer
First class and second class citizens of any nation
Until the colour of a man's skin
Is of no more significance than the colour of his eyes -
Me say war.
That until the basic human rights
Are equally guaranteed to all,
Without regard to race -
Dis a war.
That until that day
The dream of lasting peace,
World citizenship
Rule of international morality
Will remain in but a fleeting illusion to be pursued,
But never attained -
Now everywhere is war - war.
And until the ignoble and unhappy regimes
that hold our brothers in Angola,
In Mozambique,
South Africa
Sub-human bondage
Have been toppled,
Utterly destroyed -
Well, everywhere is war -
Me say war.
War in the east,
War in the west,
War up north,
War down south -
War - war -
Rumours of war.
And until that day,
The African continent
Will not know peace,
We Africans will fight - we find it necessary -
And we know we shall win
As we are confident
In the victory
Of good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!
Good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!
Good over evil -
Good over evil, yeah!

& George Straight's "It Just Comes Natural". I know, I know! I just love this flippin' song.

Sun shines, Clouds rain
Train Whistles blow and Guitars Play
Preachers Preach, Farmers Plow
Wishes go up and the World goes round

And I love you, It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
Seasons Change, Rivers Wind
Tumble Weeds roll and the Stars shine
Wind Howls, dawn breaks
Cowboys riding' time slips away

And I love you, It just comes Natural
It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it through
Baby, it's so easy loving you
It just comes Natural

It's what I was born to do
Don't have to think it Through
Baby it's so easy loving you

Fire burns, Waves Crash
Seeds grow and good things last
Ships sail, Dreams fly
Night falls and Full moons rise

And I love you, It just comes Natural
And I love you, It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
It just comes Natural
