I have a few hopes for SIHH 2013...

1) Manual wind 44mm Submersible in standard luminor case with no date. Think pam 367 meets pam 24.

2) A 47mm Ceramic 1950 watch, preferably the 375 in ceramic or an 8 day version.

3) Base version of the pam 399 with a p. 3000 movement

4) Bring back the Mare Nostrum into regular production in 44 or 45mm with pre V style(flat) bezel, and dark blue dial.

5) Of course the polished steel 360 would be nice too

1). a 44mm version of the 305. Manual wind, slimmer case style. No hashmarks. Maybe a tobacco dial.

2). A special edition, like the 390 but ceramic or gunmetal.

3). How about a new 000 but with a t dial? Maybe special edition too.

1) A special edition re-issue of PAM 004 and/or 009, a la the 26 and 28. Give me a standard 44mm luminor base or marina in PVD and I will be a very happy customer! Would be open to painted or sandwich, faux vintage lume or whatever. If this came true, the rest of the list doesn't matter, but just for fun here are a few more...

2) Put a 25, 243 and 305 in a pot, stir it up, and produce a 1000m, 44mm, 1950 cased, Ti, hobnail dialed, solid backed, Submersible w/ P.9000 movement. To me, would be the ultimate sub.

3) A 44mm 372. If this is blasphemy to some, put a sapphire and small seconds on it and call it a 44mm 422. Mostly I just want to see that beautifully conceived and unique case in a 44mm version.

4)ANYTHING with a P.999 movement in it, since all current P.999 models have been discontinued.

5) New and interesting ENTRY-LEVEL models in ceramic.

I guess that's more than enough. Thanks for the post.

...I would like to see a large thin movement for 47mm Radiomirs that fits the case well and its design is inspired by the vintage Rolex movements. I just love that bridge pattern. They did similiar movements for Angelus and Minerva, so why not Rolex????

Keep the watch thin and put some plexi on it, but I'd take sapphire.

Now that would likely be out of my price range, so I'd have to sell my collection to buy one.

PS, don't make it micro edition. 3500 minimum.

My only wish is to have the 2012 watches actually on sale (haven't seen any on the streets yet). And for the composites, 386, 375 which some posts on this forum indicate might not ever happen

Seriously - I know it sounds flippant, but call me old fashioned - release a product, and then actually start selling it shortly thereafter.

in the year, that's the way it's always been.

And with the composites, perhaps never. Been waiting a long time for those...

I seem to recall in earlier years they announced and the delay was much shorter for when the watches came available, even limiteds. Perhaps using their own movements adds more complexity, but still it would be nice if they could release the watches within 6 months of announce.

whenever a brand is using new materials they are unfamiliar with my guess is there is unforseen complications. I mean the 292 took 2 years to come out and now they are doing a ceramic bracelet luminor so things are getting better. I feel like the composites are the same way but it looks as though those might not ever be released.

Honestly though the watches are always delivered within the last quarter of the year they were announced, with a few exceptions that come out in late summer and a few that don't arrive until the following year.

Stop with the ceramic and composites, I just want my DAMN PVD watches back!!!! =)

Ceramic is okay, not sold on the composites.

SS 360 would be sick.

127 / 233 hybrid would be the ultimate watch....

233 case, maybe new movement, 8 day would be preferable, PLAIN Dial, no PR, PR on the back, Minutes, Hours and Seconds only. Now that would be pimp... Date I can have or I can do without...
