Major kudos to you Frank spending your nights at Studio 54.

Without the disco influence we wouldn't have had the evolution of dance music that produced the acid house scene from 88 onwards. I was fortunate (but didnt realise it at the time) to be amongst something special - among others the Hacienda in Manchester during the late 80's early 90's. Stones Roses in the Hacienda in 89. Enough said.

I am saddened by her passing. Local girl made good. Respected her privacy in fighting cancer without telling the world. Can you imagine if a Kardashian had cancer? Not a chance of that staying quiet...

RIP Donna. May you have your great voice in heaven and eternal Summer.
