Hello,

I was just wondering, do any of you know if the G Series Historics (111, 112, 113, 114) came with thumbnail or Pre-V style screw-in buckles?

Thanks,
Andy

for the 'G' series - believe it was 'H' (or 'i') series the historic pre V shovel buckles appeared.
Most have retro fitted the Pre V buckles to those 'G's. Cool!

Does the G Series have the thicker brushed crown guards like the Historics that are H and newer?

Cheers,
Andy

That the Crown Guards on the 'G' series are a NOS from an earlier model i.e. 201/a ? But for sure its different from other series in that range of later '000'.
This is the same with the 'swiss' markings only on the 'G' and few 'H' series (another historic touch).
