...but is also is a torture discovering all the time hairlines, scratches, dings and all that kind of stuff on your pristine condition 372.
I know that for the most of you it's character but not me.
I love so much my 372 but I couldn't stand this situation over time.

THANK THANK GOD that there is polywatch and keep guys like me happy appreciating this extraordinary beauty

...and it is very hard for some of "us" to "let it go". I love when I see photos of peoples PAM's that can "let it go". I know how much they are enjoying them. I am still trying to not worry about it. Part of the issue may the investment level (cost). 10k can be very different from person to person.

Anyway you are not alone. Just "try" not to let it ruin your enjoyment of one of the most beautiful PAM's every produced. You do have Plolywatch, and an extra crystal, and Panerai service for when you've worn it clean through (geez, hope that never happens).

I've always taken very good care of things. I have my first pair of sunglasses from 32 years ago that still looks like new. Not proud to say that

So, while WE cannot "let it go", we damn sure should be trying! Just do the best you can and think about enjoying it!

Nothing else has had any wear since I got mine.

Mike has the right idea.

You also know that the cost of the watch has nothing to do with that. The feelings are the same with a 500 or with a 10k watch.
Watches are meant to be worn and I do exactly that and enjoying all my watches into rotation.
But it doesn't feel right when you discover a lot of hairlines on the plexy, simply by sliding it in and out of the cuffs
Anyways the solution has been found and we can now enjoy the 372 without fear of being scratched
