have you tried taking it to your AD? They might have info on it.

This is likely an aftermarket product and has little to do with Panerai per se. If I'm not mistaken, I may know someone with 2 out of the same series - venus@9 and Van Gough Starry Night on them.

I have to say that the dials are hand painted and look fairly nice. In my friends case the watches have no mention of Panerai anywhere on them other than a general shape of the case and CG.
