One day to fly from Belgium to Denmark and back. Our main goal for that day was Noma, number one of the food world!
A great experience, that's all i can say . I will add the menu and wine selection, read this and you'll get a good impression of all the pictures...
I made a small selection of pic's, but then i still get a big summary. So sit down and enjoy

My pam 372 was with me that day... perfect combination: great food and a great watch!
[/img]
Menu
[/img]
This flower bucket was a part of the food
[/img]
Stick came out of the flower pot...
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
next i didn't eat, living shrimps
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
a good friend of me invited me, he is a good friend of Rene from Noma. I'm the one with the 372
[/img]
Next we had to take a stick out of the flower pot and use it to eat the next course
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
They prepare this by hand, we had to eat it that way...
[/img]
next was heaven... so fresh and incredible taste.
[/img]
[/img]
Fun cooking next... we had to make our next dish
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
this is the result, very good
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
Finally dessert...
[/img]
[/img]
Some impressions of the restaurant and we had a backstage introduction and tour.
Every morning 5 people go in to the forest to get fresh herbs for the day.
In peak moments there can work up to 100 person's! Incredible, everything is so smooth over there.
They have kitchens downstairs and upstairs

[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
private room upstairs you can get for special moments... not cheap!
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
this boat they use for experiments... better to blow this up then the restaurant
[/img]

Hope you enjoyed it!

Wonderful David ,

Thanks very much for Sharing . I have been fortunate enough to eat at Michel Bras in Laguiole in France and Pierre Gagniere in Paris and in the late 80`s ,early 90`s worked with Joel Robuchon in Paris .

I would love to have a Tasting Menu at NOMA some day . Everything looks impeccable and the presentation is unbelievable . I am sure that it will be a wonderful memory every time you look at these great photos .

All the best,

Vic

I know those, but never had the pleasure eating over there.
That friend/chef you see on the pic visited Michel Bras again last week. Also a good friend of him, they know each other for years. I never had the pleasure to go over there. The week before he went to Alain Ducasse in Paris... i only hear his reports and see some pictures of it .

Noma is really unforgettable, visit it if you can.

Best,
David

Also in the food/cooking business?

Some impressions of the restaurant and we had a backstage introduction and tour.
Every morning 5 people go in to the forest to get fresh herbs for the day.
In peak moments there can work up to 100 person's! Incredible, everything is so smooth over there.
They have kitchens downstairs and upstairs

One day to fly from Belgium to Denmark and back. Our main goal for that day was Noma, number one of the food world!
A great experience, that's all i can say . I will add the menu and wine selection, read this and you'll get a good impression of all the pictures...
I made a small selection of pic's, but then i still get a big summary. So sit down and enjoy

My pam 372 was with me that day... perfect combination: great food and a great watch!

Menu
[/img]
This flower bucket was a part of the food
[/img]
Stick came out of the flower pot...

[/img]

[/img]
[/img]
next i didn't eat, living shrimps
[/img]

[/img]
a good friend of me invited me, he is a good friend of Rene from Noma. I'm the one with the 372
[/img]
Next we had to take a stick out of the flower pot and use it to eat the next course
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
They prepare this by hand, we had to eat it that way...
[/img]
next was heaven... so fresh and incredible taste.
[/img]
[/img]
Fun cooking next... we had to make our next dish
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
this is the result, very good

Finally dessert...
