Have been in the market for 6 mo now debating between the 312 and the 359. I finally saw them in person side by side and the 359 called out my name. Pictures don't do it justice. Already have a custom patina colored strap w polished buckle in the works. THANK YOU fellow paneristis for all the insight I've gained on this website!

I was in the same position as you, deciding between 312 and 359.

I ended up with the 312 because I wanted a more classic Panerai look. But that 359 is a close 2nd. My favorite thing about that watch is how the yellow stitching matches the dial perfectly.
