Lou Sang is a very unique and special way for Malaysian Chinese to celebrate their New Year. For those don't know what is the meaning of Lou Sang, Lou Sang direct translate from Cantonese meaning become alive, also mean be great stay great for the year ahead.

Thanks for the generousity from one our members, we had this Lou Sang GTG prior 2 weeks before CNY. I must say the food was awesome and here's some the dishes

This is the lou sang dish which the main ingredient is raw salmon and some combination of pickles vege and fruits
