Inspired by Ian's post, I've been thinking about selling my 57C, or offering the 57C plus cash, for trade so I can get a 233. Do you think this is a reasonable consideration? I love the 57C and it it very unique with the tobacco hobnail dial. It is also older with a relatively small production so I don't see the 57 often. However, I like the 8-day power reserve, GMT function, and quick-change strap system on the 233. What do you think?

I don't see any violation of the forum rules, but please feel free to edit my post if necessary. I'm simply asking if it is reasonable to get rid of a 57 in order to buy a 233. If you need to delete my original post and have me re-word it, I'm happy to do so.
Cheers,
Brad

The 57c is unique, I'd hold on to that one.

I love them both. However, I don't think I would sell/trade a 57 to get a 233.

They are different enough that I would try to hold onto the 57 and wait until I could get a 233 outright.

Good Luck!
