I have seen many posts asking for opinions about 26k vs 28L, in fact I think I've done it myself. However, does it change the equation to throw the 4BL into the mix? (And feel free to make a pitch for the 9BL if you prefer!)

Disregard the T-dials for the purpose of this exercise, as the 26, 28 and 4BL seem to be in the same ballpark price wise and represent the entry level for OEM PVD. So, if a guy knows he wants OEM PVD, which one should he go for?

Thanks for playing,

Julius

just my preference, being a southpaw. Also, the 28... I know lots of people like it. I think it's XXXXXXXXX [edited] "just a mite too busy for my taste." 4 and 9 are lovely, but righty.

There is nothing like the old skool pencil grey Pvd
Add that it's a base so double win

And the fact I just got one myself means I am a little biased

I'm a small seconds / Marina guy, so for me it's really a toss up between the 26k and 4BL rather than 9BL. I think the 28 is great looking watch and I love the hobnail dial, but the centered second hand kinda freaks me out on a PAM and I don't love the power reserve....

So, I'm left deciding between lefty vs. righty? Sandwich vs. painted?

When it comes right down to trigger-pullin' time, it'll probably come down to the best combination of condition and price. The hunt is the best part!
