PS - In truth, the answer is more like "a lot", however you will meet resistance once it's fully wound.

How many turns does it take to wind the 372?
Rahul stated recently that it took him about 200 half turns. nt

How many turns does it take to wind the 372?
more than a radiomir and probably a little less than comparable ETA movement with a base luminor, When my 112 G is not wound 250-300, my rads especially the 232 talk less than 80- say 73 77. I'd say the 372 150-250 sounds right. The movement is incredible smooth and the 372 is noticeably less than the comparable ETA luminors to me. Love it.
