I recently bought my 1st Luminor, but the last hole is too tight for my 6.5inch wrist, whereas the second-last hole is a bit loose. How do you guys wear your pam if you're in my condition?

Get some after market buckles of various sizes and try them out. A larger buckle might make that last hole fit perfect.

I have much the same with my 7.5 inch wrist. All "two" of my straps and the OEM rubber one seem either a little too tight or a little too loose. I will surely look into this!

... I have 3 different buckles for 1 type (polish or pvd or brushed) with different size between the bar and the other end. If a strap is too tight, I use the bigger one. If its too loose, I use the smaller ones.

Except if its sewn in buckle and too tight, you need to loose a it of weight ; )

it'll make them slightly larger,, This works only if there's, "room" in the strap, if it's not stitched too close to the lugs,, you can try 1, or both,, If the buckle has flat tang,, try putting some, "arch" in it,, that'll make it wear a little shorter too,,,

So does a thumbnail buckle wear shorter than a Pre-V?

with the, "jog" in the tang,, it allows the strap the lay more in line,, not so curved,, the Pre-V straight tang,, makes the strap, "bump" where it goes through,, making them where shorter,,, On an aftermarket buckle with a flat tang,, if you've got the ability to put a, "jog" in it,, it'll wear longer too,,,
