Hi,

I am in Bay Area, CA. What is the best way to get your Panerai watch serviced? Should I contact AD or a service center?

Thanks

Chatel & Co. is a Panerai authorized service center. Hugues is a trained watchmaker, a longtime Paneristi, and a super guy to work with. He has serviced several Panerais for me, and his work has always been prompt and flawless. Plus, a trip to Chatel gives you a good excuse to spend some time in Carmel.

Hugues is a wonderful man with an amazing shop and is very good when it comes to Panerai! Nice to know your watch will be close to home with an expert working on it, plus its Carmel:-)
