I've been "collecting" watches for last ten years or so, but last year I decided to give it up to focus my finances on my business. I kept an IWC Aquatimer 3548 that was a gift from my wife and a Rolex GMT2c because I felt it was a good all-around watch. However, I missed having a Panerai so I decided to let the Rolex go and pick up a 233. A friend helped me score a good deal on a new 233 and I couldn't be happier. I hope to start hanging around here a bit more so long as my checkbook can stand it.

Here are a few pics of my new watch.

The 233 will be my next Panerai. I first fell for the dot models but I'm starting to come around to the am/pm. Either way it's a beautiful watch. That domed crystal just kills me. Congratulations and enjoy your new toy!
