Though my 233 is barely three weeks old, and was new, it runs -3 seconds per day so far, which is nowhere near as good as the 112 i have.

So far a little disappointed with it's performance. Every other PAM i've owned also ran fast rather than slow?

3 seconds is excellent and well within COSC specifications. IMO it's exceptional that your 112 does better than that. Less than 5% of all mechanical watches - regardless brand and costs - are that accurate. Or so I'm told.
Cheers,
Martin

.. wondered how the factory assess the Manifattura ranges in comparison. I agree -3 per day isn't terrible but it is compared the the 112 which cost way less.

Ironic more than anything i suppose!

and consistent, about -1.5 a day whether it's worn or in the box.

BTW I say second-most because my most accurate watch (mechanical, of course) is a Fortis chrono that's just a real freak of nature. Not much more than a plain old Valjoux 7750, when worn regularly loses maybe a 2-3 seconds a week.

My 233 runs at +2/3 seconds a day depending on how it's worn, the Submariner runs at +2/3 seconds a day, a Damasko with 2824 movement runs at +0.5 seconds a day and beats anything i've had, so it's not really comparable, what will make a difference is how well the watches keep that accuracy over time, my 233 hasn't deviated at all in nearly 5 months, whereas i've seen a submariner go from -1 to +2/3 and certain ETA based watches go well out of sync.
