So...its been awhile since I last did a posting report. A lot have changed but I am glad the passion for the brand is still alive. Proud to have been a part of the SG Crew and its been a real blessing to have been a part of yet another crew which is just as passionate as any other crew I have been a part of.

Abit of history about the formation of this crazy bunch. Started about 2 years back when someone casually posted asking about forming up a whatsapp group for anything and everything related to Panerai. However, more than a year on, there was still no respond...

Then about 5 of us, who were the first few that went through my exciting moments of the arrival of my second daughter...all together in the whatsapp group.

And now...It has grown to 35 of us in the Whatsapp Group including Ristis from Indonesia, HK and UK.

However, like any other groups...there are bound to be some who are the crazy bunch, and many that are not as crazy. So the crazy ones decided that we needed to take it to the next level and decided to do up our own group logo. And from the original sketches and into final product.

So now that everything is according to plan, the crazy bunch of us decided to celebrate the 1st year of the forming of this whatsapp group, and we called ourselves...GPF Appassionati...

And here is the small gtg we had...

Settling in...

Vince and Benny taking the first wefie shot...

We even got a Risti who flew all the way from HK to join us...

But he was stopped by Nick because of improper attire...

Now our HK guest is ready...Introducing Jason...

Back to business...

What's a GTG without the ladies...

So we were waiting for the elusive piece...but it's like taking forever waiting for it's arrival that we decided to do a table shot without it...

And then...finally came Maxxx with his...Blue Bronzo...

As you can see..it's the main attraction...with various models modelling with it...

HL trying to figure out how to make it develop it's patina as quickly as possible...

With the Bronzo being passed around, Maxxx had no choice but to try on the other less attractive pieces...

Nick negotiating with Jason on a secret dealing...

While me and Benny are just goofing around with the Bronzo...

Finally, a mini tableshot with the Bronzo...

Now, as much as the Bronzo is the attraction, one can never missed this meaningful piece...360...

It wouldn't be a gtg without some old skool stuff...Adrian's Pam 2...

And this...

I am still trying to convinced Benny that the Mare looks good and manly on him...

JC was lecturing Andy on his failure to bring his DSLR for an important event like this, thus resorting to camera phones pictures...

Special thanks to Jason for making his way to join us from HK...a bunch of us (and a whole lot more) will see you in HK next year...

Lastly...as much as the gtgs are about the watches, it's the people that makes it more than just a watch...

If you lasted this far, thank you.

Cheers.

Cheers.
