Sorry for the couple day delay on this one.  With the new format of the site, I'm not sure what kind of traffic we are getting.  Regardless, I figured we might as well keep with tradition and do a point in the hat trade.  I think most everyone knows the rules and regulations, but if you are unsure, go to this link: pith-autumnal-equinox-2016-t64603.html

In short, the only obligation is to send one point that represents some of your best work.  But it is fun to exchange stone, multiple points, other primitive materials, etc.

I'm in.

If this is still open I'm in. If not I'll make some extra good ones for winter.

Well, it's looking kind of slow.  I'll give it another day or two and then get the trades moving.

I received my package from Willjo today. I can't get all the pictures in one post so I'm splitting it in two.

There's a great point and knife and some beautiful stone. He also sent a pressure flaker, which I appreciate.

The two pink spalls are coastal plain chert, Allendale formation, Brier creek variant. it is some really slick material, hope you can get some points out of them.

I received my PITH package from Chippintuff and WOW!  An incredibly well knapped, Texas-sized Dalton, a piece of cooked Pedernales (I think) and Georgetown, and a bunch of cooked slabs of Texas material, like Bandera, Kinley, etc.  Thanks so much, WA!  Your generosity is well appreciated.  I'm hoping to get your package in the mail tomorrow.  Pheasant hunting got in the way this weekend.  :)

This is the package that I received from Lucas (Nogie). There are three pieces of choice rock. I am not sure what type the brown ones are, but they look like really good material. The two points are very well made.

Thanks Lucas.
