I just cut some ash trees down on my father's property in PA.

There were't any leaves left but I think they are green ash. (When fresh cut the woods actually looked greenish, sort of like pressure treated lumber)

How is this as a bow wood?

thanks
Brian

Woodman: Green ash is .56 specific gravity, white ash .59. If you treat an average stave of green ash as if a slightly less dense stave of white ash you'll be safe. Tim
