Hi tanners,

Here's a project I recently completed for my hunting bows. When taking my bow from home to the field, I like to protect it with one of these bow sleeves. Some call it a bow sock. Either way, its a good way to protect your bow and you can make them easily with scraps from your other hide tanning projects. Three Rivers Archery sells these made out of buffalo leather for $$$$. Make yours at home for mere hours of labor .

Let me know what you think.

Nice work DC,but just using a glovers' needle with artificial sinew works well too.No need to punch holes through brain tan.Should last ya a lifetime.
