I have one of those fancy serving tools but I like this one better, It's just a 5 inch long piece of 1/2" dowel
with my thread wrapped on. You use it like rolling tape on to pipe. If you wax the begining and the ends of the serving it will keep it from unraveling. Also a tapered pen barrel works better for wrapping the serving end around. Why did I never think of this years ago. cheers fiddler49
