The tigers held on to beat the aggies 13-12 to advance to the semifinal round in the NCAA water polo tournament,  They will play the #1 seed UCLA at 3:00 pm PST Saturday in the semifinal round.  This game had similarities to the Davis game in the regular season with Pacific committing turnovers, and multiple player exclusions with the aggies going three of three in penalty shots.  The tigers had a 13-8 lead midway through the fourth quarter, allowing Davis back in the game with poor play.  Do not get me wrong, Davis is a quality team, but, allowing the aggies back in the game and having to hang on for the victory was a carbon copy of game in Stockton a couple of weeks ago.   Luke Pavillard had four goals and four steals, Engine Ege Colak had a hat trick, Andreas Schmidt had two goals and four steals, Kale Ai had two goals, and Ben Stevenson and Devon Thumwood each scored one.  Alen Osmanovic went the entire way in goal.
