I've been through this before. Always try to relax and enjoy each others company. Watching porn also does the trick, believe me. Doctors wrote us off but it was perseverence that paid off.

Wish you luck.

infertility is defined as not being able to conceive after a year of trying. Fish oil suppliments obviously rich in omega oils etc possibly dont interfere with fertility. there are many reasons behind fertility problems. the best thing to do is to go to a dr with your partner and find out where the problem is and hopefully correct it. most women leave it too late until they are well over the child bearing age. If you have a 28day menstural cycle, your most fertile day is around day 15 counting from the first day of your period. it is around this time that you ovulate and conception can occure...otherwise, Go to see a Dr. it may seem embaressing discussing the matter and the thought of getting examined and tested may seem daunting but in the end in doing so, a little bundle of joy may result. I wish you best wishes and do hope you conceive :)
