Guess what manus province has a new business arm MAFISCO manus fishing co. and things have not gone right from day one. our big boys have begun learning from the asians. mafisco has a consultant Molean Chapau of NFA fame who left under a cloud of suspicion. He now engages a company named silverfish to consult in the establishment of the new project. Silverfish is owned by him. the company they have brought in to work manus waters with philipino ships and fishermen is owned by the secretary for fisheries son, Hilary malai a officer of the Hon Minister and Manus open member is the deputy Md. they are going to loan 40 million dollars us to establish fishing in the province without local participation while paying themselves exorbitant consultancy fees. WHEN ARE YOU MORESBY BASE BIG BOYS FROM MANUS GOING TO DO THE RIGHT THING? they will fail in business leaving the province in debt and escape with untold millions. why dont you establish icemachines, gen sets, freezers in each llg and let the local people benefit, want to know a big secret? MANUS PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO CATCH FISH!! SHAME ON YOU MOLEAN CHAPAU, HILARY MALAI AND EVERYONE ELSE INVOLVED. YOU CANT FOOL ALL OF THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME!!
NFA DONT GIVE THEM ROOM TO MOVE UNTIL THEY EXPLAIN WHERE THE MISSING TEN MILLION SEED MONEY IS GONE.

You really MUST get this information (and even more details if you can find them) on a site that truly cares about broadcasting corruption examples in PNG. Name & shame is the game we must play. Please write up a good article and submit it to pngblogs.com or to pngexposed.wordpress.com, or at least copy this post and post it again on www.pngforum.org.

Thanks so much for caring, now do the right thing and start spreading this information widely.

In faith.
