People, these are the guys PNG will have to build the Kumul Team around from 2011 onwards if we are ever going to move forward.

This is the 21st century but more importantly, the game is a big farkin business, so lets swallow our pride, admit our failures and weaknesses and bury the dirty race game.

So here is your top 13 to build the Kumuls on going FORWARD.They are in random order:

1.Paul Aiton
2.David Mead
3.Neville Costigan
4.Ray Thompson
5.Tyson Martin
6.Jack Cooper
7.James Segeyaro
8.Ryan Tongia
9.Jason Chan
10.Jesse Joe Parker
11.Rodney Pora
12.Menzie Yere
13.Richard Kambo

Feel free to add your comments. NRL/Super League players should be automatic starters, for obvious reasons.

Definitely Tu'U Maori and Jay Aston. Keith Peters and Ray Thompson would form a lethal halves combination. Aition would be at home at lock. Aston and segeyaro would rotate at hooker. Definitely Segeyaro to start.

Pora at number 10 would definitely provide the platform for going forward.Costigan, Martin, Cooper and Chan in the forward would be formidable.

Leave centre pairs to Yere and Parker/Tu'u. Definitely very lethal. Yere must take this year to fix up his tackling flaws.Fullback is Meady a done deal. Tongia was abit shaky at the four nations but he will improve quickly as soon as he gets some game time in the NRL next season.

We need wingers who are dependable especially under the high ball.

Finally we need more PNGan youngsters in the NYC competition and hopefully send some from PNG on scholarships.

I think we can forget about Costigan playing for PNG ever again until he retires from Origin footy.I think Pora and Chan will be our future props hopefully for the next few years I think the will lay the platform along with Moni,Kolo and Jack cooper. Then our second rows, lock will be tyson martin,Rod griffin,Paul Aiton and Charlie Wabo this forward pack would be a mobile pack and strong defence too hopefully.I think our starting hooker would be segeyaro and have Jay Aston off the bench.I think Aiton may have played his last days of hooker for PNG with segeyaro coming through to the cowboys this year and aston has been in good form in the Q cup too.
Then our Backs Mead was greatly missed in the four nations,Tongia is a winger not a fullback.I think our halves pairing should be Jesse 5/8 and Peters 7 and stick with them and have Dion Aye our back up 5/8 but Peters does need to direct the team.As for Ray Thompson playing for PNG I can't ever see him playing for us I'm sure he would rather play for QLD.I think Tu'u and Yere will be a good centre pairing but Menzie will have to work on his tackling this year get his timing right. We have Kambo,Bond and Tongia on the wings a few more years experince will only help them.
So hopefully this will be our 2013 World Cup team if all goes to play Adrian Lam gets back in.
Juffa and Kramer piss off the PNGRFL soughts there **** out.So as you can see the sooner Lam comes back next year we will be seeing this team playing.

Thomson Tete of Goroka Lahanis is next to be considered for a kumul position. Perfect with his defence and attack.
