Since I definitely got a better response from 300iu FSH for 7 days when my FSH was 12 than when it was 16 and I stimmed for 10 days @ 300 iu, Im wondering if if I should ask for suppression to ensure a good cycle. What types of suppression should work for an over 40 high fsh responder?

Any information and suggestions appreciated.

1) BCP - no good, easily over suppressed. Heard many horrible tales on that as well.

2) No BCP, Ganirelix on CD1 for three days, then stim - much better.

Estrace or Estinyl in the luteal phase. That seemed to bring FSH low on CD2.
