[RVGL] Waiting for players

My suggestion is (and I believe it's not that hard to implement) to remove the delay that the host needs to wait for players who don't have the track, until can skip. Because unless these players disconnect or are put to spectate, the host (and the other players) will have to wait for them before every track.
