Yet more praise for the sculptors!!!

I love these sculpts as well.

If I had to pick a favorite I would say the Minotaur.

Thanks for the hard work!

For me, your Harpy sculpts are the best - real character and unlike any other harpy versions by other sculptors - magnificent!

Out of interest, is sculpting a full time job or is it something you do just when you have the time?

How did you get into sculpting, learn the tricks of the trade etc?

Keep up the good work! :)

Paul, I hope that you won't take offense if I say that I'd never heard of you before I saw your work on this site. Now, I am completely awestruck by your phenomenal sculpting talent. All of your miniatures on offer here are so exceptional, they are practically without peer. It seems like each time you sculpt a new monster, you breathe life into a static image from the pages of those cherished manuals of yore. I can't wait to see what subject you decide to take on next.

P.S.: Any chance you like Norse Mythology? If so, there's some Jeff Dee art that's aching to come to life... :P

Thanks for the comments guys.

Been sculpting full time (with a few breaks along the way) for ten long years.

-Couple of years practice at GW.. then into the wider world with varying degrees of misfortune.
-Working from home in the grim solitude of the 21st century requires a will of iron..

-I deserve a medal for avoiding morbid obesity.. the hairline, however, has suffered slight retreat in latter years... :o

I agree/think the Harpies are amongst my favourites amongst the Otherworld range.. Hill and Frost giant second and third.
