I thought they already revealed that it was for all the Wii U virtual console games. There was an article on Nintendolife all about it.

The only game i’m missing on that list though (and would make it an even 20) is smash 64. I know that technically it is outclassed by all its sequels but it’s still a classic dangit :) Other than that i’d be okay with this lineup.

I know it'll never happen but wouldn't online multiplayer support for Mario Kart 64, Wave Race 64, F-Zero X and Super Smash Bros. make an N64 Mini a must-have. :)

As much as i’d love for online play to be a thing, I can’t imagine any company taking the time to integrate it into a plug and play system.

Now if Nintendo were to release a dedicated “retro box” with an online store for their older games, like a Wii Virtual Console minus the Wii part, I could definitely see games getting those kinds of updates and i’d buy it in a heartbeat :)

That would be amazing, add Goleneye to the package and they can charge me whatever they wanted. Ah to dream :D

I think that's rumored to be one of the reasons the "Virtual Console" for Switch is delayed - they're working on an online framework for a lot of the titles.
