Many a forumer dreams of 12 tales, Yogurt!

@The Red Shadow: Thanks! Nice additions. Not hard to see why Carnival didn't see the light of day. That Jest video is :pottymouth:, but it features so many live action shots that it is fine by me.

Another day, another add: Riqa. One has to wonder if the developer had a Tomb Raider license in mind . . .

Agreed. I see Tomb Raider in it and also some Mortal Kombat: Special Forces (that might not be a good thing :-X ). I probably would have picked it up had it been released.

Wasn't there a planned release of Dragon Quest/Warrior VII?

I've read that Dragon Quest/Warrior VII was initially planned for the 64DD but obviously it never happened.

Updated first post to link to member glennplant's great N64 Beta Project reviews of Robotech: Crystal Dreams and Wildwaters Extreme Kayak. In doing so, I broke my own rule about one video per game, but both Waterwaters vids are by forum members, so exception made.

Yo peeps, I'm obsessed with unreleased N64 games, so here are a couple you don't already have, that I've come across:

Tommy Thunder (credit to Nesworld). There's a ROM floating around somewhere.

Toon Panic (credit to monokoma). There's also a ROM of this.

Also, in your quest to find videos or screenshots for unreleased N64 games, it might be worthwhile to consult this very comprehensive list.

Great work!

Cheers,
Franklint

Thanks, Stinger!

@Franklint: Nice, I'll be sure to add these. I do have a printout of Nesworld's 250+ list...makes the above quite meager. We'll build ours slowly and focus on games with decent video clips. Great to have you around, btw!

I will be adding Kirby Bowl 64 and Kirby's Air Ride 64 soon. Some sources treat it as one game, but for reasons I'll explain, i plan to list them separately (as at least one other source has).

EDIT 1: As the above 15-sec. video shows, Kirby's Air Ride 64 looked awesome (even if the N64 did not lack for racers).

EDIT 2: A video showing Kirby Bowl 64 at the specified times has been added. It is clearly NOT a racing game and looks a heck of a lot more like the SNES Kirby's Dream Course (a/k/a Kirby Bowl in Japan) than Kirby's Air Ride 64. I think KB64 may have later been folded into KAR 64 as a different mode of play.
