I was just wondering if u experienced a bad interaction or if u leave certain times between certain stuff . There are many things I'm taking such as fresh royal jelly honey a day, two redrasp leaf tea, winter cherry supp for high cortisol levels, the goji berries, vit d 50,0000 per week, dhea pill and a b12 shot evey other day, hrt everyday, I will start milk thistle for liver tonic . Too many things. Omg I feel like a pharmacy. Loool

There are a lot of herbs that do not interact well with estrogen (like that found in your HRT). If your Dr doesn't know, I might consult a licensed herbalist. If you've ever done acupuncture, your L.Ac might also be an herbalist and it would probably be worth the call.

I would talk to both.

That is a LOT of stuff, I'd be surprised if things were NOT interacting.

Please so chat with someone. The whole point is they do have an effect on your body, just make sure it's a good one!

I would also bet there are online sites that should help if you can't get to a licensed herbalist soon... but I would not do the internet instead, just until.

Good luck!

So if you just look one up --it should say on their web site if they're also an herbalist-- and call and leave a nice, polite message, they might call you back. If you were doing it this way, maybe call 2-3 just to see if they say the same thing.
