This issue affects only Premier users who have recently attempted to change their credit card information:
We are experiencing difficulty with our credit card encryption tool. It will not accept changes, so we do not have your updated credit card information to process your payment.
Our system is incorrectly listing your Premier services as terminated. That is not correct. You will have free Premier service until we are able to fix the problem with our encryption.
Please do not attempt to re-enter your credit card info until you hear from us that we have made a repair to our encryption process.
In the meantime, you will have free Premier service.
