not recieving registration email

I have used the resend email function many times and received not one single email
I have checked the junk mail and spam folders
I am using Skymesh webmail in Internet Explorer 11 on Win7 Enterprise (normally I use Thunderbird but your FAQ says that will not work)

I am needing to get in contact with Network 54. I have emailed them, called them and also filled out the contact form on their site and have gotten no response. Do you know how I can get in touch with someone there? This is very important. Thanks.

This is absolutely laughable.

Ive spent thousands of dollars for the paid services and they still cannot return any messages I have left via every possible method about this problem.

I STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY EMAIL VALIDATED!!!

Will a MOD please reach out to me.
