I got that also, even though the payment went through back in the first week in July.  You can't take the money now/again.  It is a billing only account and there will be no more money there until the end of September.  I need more explanation than this!

But today Nick has taken quick action to fix it by removing the signs for unsubstantiated ads. Thank you very much.
