Billing question - New card, renewing the acct.

I had forgotten to update my card info for my premiere account and emailed them in regard to how to proceed. Still haven't heard back yet so do i go ahead and upgrade back to premiere or should I wait to hear back?

Can you check your card statements online? If you can, see if you were billed on your old card yet. If not, go ahead and change the card info. You may or may not get a reply from them. I don't know why. It sometimes takes awhile for billing changed to take hold as well. The worst that will happen is you'll have ads on your forum until the change is worked out.

Hi, after we made four attempts at processing, our automated system took you out of Premier. To re-enroll, you will need to sign up as if you were a new Premier user. The remainder of February will be pro-rated, and the first full month of your term will be March.
