Anyone ever hear the name Bud Baker in the baseball world?

Have a few cards signed by some player from a fleer set in the early 60's. A few have "to Bud Baker". Interested to hear if he had any relevance in the baseball or baseball card world.

The closest I have come to hearing that name is veteran collector Buck Barker.

Bud Baker was a collector from the Seattle area, he died young about fifteen years ago.

He had a modest collection as far as I know, but not big time.
