I was wondering, does anyone know if any of these staff members are more helpful than the others? Or who is nicer, who responds quicker, who won't respond at all, etc. etc.? Or, better yet, does anybody have any personal experience regarding contacting some of the TNT staff?

Felicity and Bernadette were helpful to me in the past. But that was like, 2 years ago.

Charlotte(don't believe her email is up there) is a quick responder but she seems like she really doesn't care all that much about actually helping you.

She might be good with things that aren't frozen accounts, but that's just my experience. ^^;

You'll probably eventually hear about it once they make a new account. E-mailing staff support about your friend is probably just a bother to them and will get overlooked since it's not your account.

GUYS.... IF A CERTAIN EMAIL KEEPS GETTING RETURNED, THAT'S A SIGN THAT THE EMAIL IS NO LONGER VALID.

This could mean a few things... mostly that an email has changed or that a staff member no longer works there.

In any case, I should be informed so that the initial post can be edited accordingly.

and.... Yes... a few people here have called TNT.

I highly recommend Bernadette (she unfroze my side yesterday), though I don't know if she deals with issues other than the one I was dealing with - NC mall related stuff. Her e-mail address is Bernadette.Plana@neopets.com.

She usually takes 2-3 days to respond but she's really cooperative.

I emailed Bernadette@support.neopets.com about a day ago! Should I email her new email?

One of my accounts was frozen for cursing :x I honestly let it slip, because I don't curse. But I was so angry and I was venting to my guild, and that's my favorite account. I just want it back.

Yeah, that one might not be valid anymore so I would try to reach her on the e-mail address I gave you.

I'm so sorry to hear that D: That must suck hard. I think if you cursed once (and didn't get a bunch of suspensions before the freezing) you'll probably get your account back. You're gonna have to be patient though :c Good luck!

You guys have given me a new found hope to try and get my account back. I dont know if I will but I emailed Bernadette.Plana@neopets.com so hopefully she will get back to me.

If anything maybe I can get Kavou back. He was transfered off my account last year.

Does anyone know if directly e-mailing TNT staff is now an antiquated system because of the new support center?

Over the last month I have contacted bernadette@support.neopets.com, bernadette.plana@neopets.com, and charlotte@support.neopets.com regarding several issues and not one of them has responded back to me. Is this just a unlucky coincidence? Should I bother re-sending my e-mails or contacting different staff members, or is the ticket system now the only way to handle any issues you may have?
