"Have fun hanging a price per square foot banner."

Won't have to worry about high real estate prices in Starkville, as it's a function of demand.

Notice that the BYU player said he wished he "played here."  He damn sure wouldn't be glad he lived there.  Nick Fitzgerald said exactly the same time on the FInebaum show a month ago--

Pure gold.
If you're bragging about real estate prices then you know your sports scene sucks arse. Have fun hanging a price per square foot banner.
Have fun hanging a "former TSUN coach filed a frivolous lawsooooot ginst TSUN!!!!!!" banner.

But I've thoroughly enjoyed the usual ED conclusion that every fact alleged in a lawsuit complaint must be concrete truth, since it sounds good. Oooooh, those poor players who got "liiiiiied" to when Freeze told them Saunders committed academic fraud.

Just try to have fun in some sort of way. But, try to lay off the close relatives. Nevermind, none of that is reasonable. Carry on.

Have y'all made room for this year's SEC West banner and Fitz's Heisman trophy? I know the trophy case is currently full of copies of Flim Flam and your TSUN Sucks Right Now prize.

I bet you also have a huge "Rest in Peace, Hugh Freeze" sticker situation across the back window of your truck.

In the civil war the south ran so low on ammo that they often reverted to throwing rocks. Y'all don't even have good rocks to throw at this time.

They're about to put so many Goddamn Yella Wood deer stand looking platforms out there that I'm dumbfounded...  I mean I know they are a Forestry school and all but holy shit...  I'm in Landscape Construction and have a degree from State and I'm a little shocked.   In case you don't know treated lumber lasts about a year before you have to seal, stain, sand etc etc it because it starts cracking and going to shit.  And God forbid ol Larry in RF forgets to put the charcoal grill out after the game..  Be quite a bonfire... Thoughts?  Don't give a fuck?
So is there an official explanation on all that wood in right field? You would think the SPEDS crew would be in an uproar about their new stadium not being the greatest ever.

At least when we find some rocks, we have a QB who can throw them.

I'm just stating a fact.  Real estate is ridiculously priced on the Square.  It's also a fact Nick FItagerald said he had a great time hanging with his homey Shea in Oxford, while admitting Starkville sucks.  Your...own...starting...QB.

Smell it. Smell it.  Now live it.

Real estate prices are dictated by demand. The more the demand, the higher the price. So yes, it's highly prized real estate and anyone trying to argue that point is just lying to themselves. And it's not like MSU sports are tearing it up either! lol
